We chose this resort for a family getaway, but unfortunately, it fell short in many areas. While the staff tried their best to be accommodating, the facilities were lacking maintenance. The breakfast options were fantastic, yet the pool area and the overall condition of the hotel need a lot of work. Despite the sea view from our room, the issues with the elevators and amenities left us feeling disappointed.
